No, Sawgrass does not provide furnished apartments.
At Sawgrass Apartments, our minimum lease term is 7 months.
In our community, each resident is assigned a mailbox for regular mail. Packages that are too large to fit in the mailbox are delivered directly to the resident's door.
For our residents, the application fee is $50 per application, the reservation fee is $200, and deposits start at $350 and can go up to one month's rent.
We offer multiple ways for our Sawgrass residents to pay their rent, including through the resident portal, RentCafe app, pay by phone, ACH, card payment, certified funds, and text to pay.
An additional monthly $10 trash fee will be added. Water/sewer will be billed separately but paid along with rent.
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents at Sawgrass.
Our community allows guests to stay at our property for up to 14 days per month. Any guest that stays longer than 14 days needs to be added to the lease.
No, subletting is not allowed at Sawgrass Apartments.
