Each apartment can comfortably house up to two pets, with certain size restrictions on the upper floors, ensuring that pets of all sizes are cherished members of our community.
To enhance your pet-friendly lifestyle, Sawgrass Apartments features a variety of amenities designed with your pets in mind. Enjoy our dedicated play areas and expansive grounds, perfect for your pets to play, exercise, and socialize. We have a pet rent of $20 per pet per month, which helps maintain our pet-friendly facilities. Additionally, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second.
